All members are invited to attend the AGM, immediately before the start of our annual Ski Swap. Attending members will gain early entry to the Ski Swap after the meeting.

DROP OFF ITEMS TO SELL: 9:00-10:00
Sell Cross-country and touring equipment and clothing
Please look around your home for modern equipment in good condition that you are not using.
We always need more equipment to sell in order to help families and individuals get skiing!
Annual General Meeting: 10:00 – 11:00
Anyone attending the AGM will be admitted early to the Ski Swap and also eligible for some excellent door prizes
SKI SWAP: 11:00 – 12:30
Find great deals on previously used gear, including boots, skis, poles, and much more. No early birds unless you are at the AGM!

- Purchase Memberships: visit our Registration Table to purchase your Early Bird Membership
- Ski Waxing and Bake Sale Fundraiser for Ski Team: Bring your skis to get them waxed for only $10, and buy some delicious goodies to support the Nelson Nordic Ski Team!

15% of sold merchandise goes to the club

We will also be holding a draw for 4 Whitewater Cookbooks and Sauces donated by Shelley Adams!
